Terms of Service

By purchasing or using CherishStory, you agree to provide accurate information, respect the privacy of interview participants, and use the finished podcast for personal, family purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for making sure the interview participant is comfortable taking part. The stories, recordings, photos, and other materials you provide remain yours, and you give CherishStory permission to use them only to produce and deliver your project.

Payment is collected at purchase. We begin scheduling after purchase and deliver the finished project after interviews and production are complete. Timelines may vary based on participant availability, revision needs, and holidays.
